Table of Contents:Why is it important?
Gender equality allows all women to feel equal to others. Equal treatment and pay will (in the best case scenario) create a better economy and will open many doors for young girls. If this problem is solved now, the future could be much brighter for so many women. Even though the impact of every individual counts, if all women unite, a better tomorrow is guaranteed.
Who is impacted?
Most women who struggle live in third world countries, where women receive little pay or do not occupy any jobs, as they are young children who undergo arranged marriages and have to raise children. Even women in the U.S. have faced similar struggles (unequal pay).
